excellent stay
fresh items daily shuttle homemade treats great location
The breakfast included many choices and fresh items. the hotel offered a shuttle to the cable car, which i used daily. i also liked the tea and coffee available in the lounge. The homemade treats were a bonus! the location was very close to many restaurants and shops.
the lighting in my room could have used more options.

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It was included. the staff provides picnic lunches if you are hiking. That's helpful! they offered eggs for breakfast.

The staff provided a shuttle service to the cable car station. Breakfast included delicious eggs to order! Afternoon tea featured something sweet near the cozy fireplace. I greatly appreciated their personalized attention .
The parking was expensive! though the location was perfect.

convenient parking green space helpful staff welcome treat
i found parking convenient. a garden provided green space close by. restaurants were just around the corner. reception staff were very helpful, and i received a welcome treat and water bowl for my dog in the room.

non-working minibar no air conditioning
the staff were helpful.
the lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem , especially during the day. I had difficulty sleeping because OF the stuffy air , and opening the window brought in TOO much noise. THE minibar was not working , so i couldn't keep drinks cold.

friendly staff good lounge coffee facilities no refund change dates bad attitude
the staff was friendly and cute. the superb breakfast included good lounge and bar areas. the hotel is close to many restaurants, bars and shops. i found some very nice additional touches including tea and coffee making facilities.
They wouldn't do a refund. they wouldn't let me change dates. I am disabled. i tried several times but had no luck.

I liked the location. It was close to many restaurants. i also enjoyed a great breakfast. the rooms were very COMFORTABLE after a day out. the staff was nice and helpful .
the gym area needs some maintenance, one of the treadmills don't work.

a decent stay
garden space great location bad attitude inflexibility
i really appreciated the location, it was close to restaurants AND shopping. the hotel's outdoor garden space was relaxing. it was quiet..
i tried to get a refund or change dates, BUT they wouldn't allow it. i found their attitude and inflexibility disappointing.
